1. Monthly maintenance package for Integra websites.
1.1 External backup for websites (Once a month)
1.2 Software updates for websites (Once a month)
1.3 Download and send invoices via email in PDF format (Once a month)
1.4 SiteGround hosting monitoring (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.5 Monitoring of ExamPrep orders (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.6 Monitoring of EnglishExamPrep orders (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.7 Monitoring of IntegraImmigration orders (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.8 Monitoring of Webmaster email accounts in general (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.9 Monitoring and Technical Support to external clients (Once a day / Once every 2 days)
1.10 Changes or addition of content on websites (8 hours per month not cumulative)
Special conditions: 821.00 CAD
a) 10 days covered (from Feb 01 to Feb 10) – 3 hours were included for changes/modifications.
b) In the case of overtime, the cost is 35.00 CAD per hour. This invoice includes 0 OT hours.
